This is sort of OT for my links, but I made this list long ago for a specific request and it ended up being not needed so it has sat in limbo for ages. So here you have it. (And as with all my lists, consider it a work-in-progress ;) )

Five and a Half Hours/Five and a Half Hours Later: sap1066: Adult: Smutty, Nine/Rose.
Timey-whimy in the extreme. The first ten chapters is the original fic where you get to choose your Doctor at the end (I could explain, but that would be too spoilery). You could stop there if you like. The second ten chapters (the sequel) is an AU with Nine living a modified S2 and shredding the timelines as a result. Angst warning.
