So I've now watched 3 PWHL hockey games with my discord group. DH is accusing me of being a hockey fan. (>_<)
After the game DH and I went to make smoothies for us all. Blueberry and banana ones. (IFKYK) Hilariously it wasn't even a thing! We always make blueberry and banana smoothies. (I'm extremely attached to the Blendjet we got as a handmedown) We were supposed to make them this morning and didn't get to it because my mom had chores for us. We had a bunch of bananas on the edge of being unspeakable so it was now or never.
And my smoothies are stupid easy.
All our smoothies are
1) Banana + (soy) milk base
you could theoretically stop there or
my go-to is
2) banana, soymilk, 1 cup of soymilk yogurt (blueberry in particular but I used other flavors) we had some fresh blueberries so we tossed those in too.
Tonight I made DH
3) banana + almond milk + applesauce (cut up overripe apples are great too)
If you have a fancy blender you can use frozen fruit or crushed ice, but that's all too much work for me.
