Hard choice, really. Most of S1 and S2 would qualify, but I'd have to say...
Rose, just because it felt like DW in a way that the Eight movie didn't. Up until then, my fear was that it would be a repeat of that. So, that's why it's my favorite. At that moment, I knew DW was back for real and that it wouldn't be a repeat of the disappointing Eight movie, with all that kissing of companions and -- oh, wait....
