Standard Disclaimer: These lists of links will always be a work in progress as I am guaranteed to find something new. I cannot guarantee the longevity of the sites, however. It also should get prettified over time when I get inspired to code links.
Peruse at your heart's content, rec, link, reference, and research. But please if you copy substantial amounts of links elsewhere, give me credit. That way people won't think you are the obsessive one with too much time on your hands. ;)
The Masterlist of these link posts appears in my sidebar.
In updating my link posts (And yes they have been updated, so you might want to recheck them.), I found myself going OT. I realized I need a post just for official media because BBC (in all it's incarnations) and it's various contractors are nothing if not expansive.
So here it is everything you wanted to know about official media but were afraid to search for. (There will be overlap from previous posts, but I like my categories to be all-inclusive.)
Sarah Jane Adventures
1)Sarah Jane Adventures page on CBBC site. Coloring pages section. "Things to Do" section, craft section
2) Science with Sarah Jane Adventures on BBC schools.
3) The Sarah Jane Adventures show site Appears to have been stripped down since the show's end, but still interesting to visit.
4) A glimpse of how the SJA site used to look.
Torchwood
1) BBC America Site
2) BBC Program Promo Site
3) BBC Official Site Also looks stripped down
4) Carbon Studios' work on Torchwood sites.
Doctor Who
Games and Activities
1) Coloring/Colouring in pages
2) Old link to BBC online games with sound effect mouse overs. (Warning: pointing an actual child to this zone may result in you facepalming having to listen to, "Do try the chips", "Hungry!", "Affirmative!", etc, over and over. And over...)
3) New link to online games. I think all the old ones are there, plus the new games, the Adventure Game downloads, comic and trailer makers.
4) Classic Who site quizzes and a Top Trumps game.
5)Radiophonatron Play with Delia Deryshire's(Read about her on Wiki and BBC)Radiophonatron. (Make sure your volume is turned down. This is LOUD and there is no volume control.)
Adventure Calenders
1) 2006 Advent Calendar This one was hidden in plain sight, which made it the hardest to find, natch.
2)2007 Adventure Calendar This one was tricky to find!

4) 2009 Adventure Calendar
5) 2010 Adventure Calendar

The "Fake" Sites
These require a bit of background. During the relaunch of the show in 2005, a number of tie in sites were built. These were "real world" sites relating parts of the show but they were entirely fictitious. Look for and click the "disclaimer" links in them. Check the Wikipedia entry for the full list. A number of them have now vanished.
1) "Torchwood House" tour information site.
2) Geometex Henry van Statten's corporate site.
3) http://www.whoisdoctorwho.co.uk/ Originally "Clive's" site as seen in Rose was later taken over by Mickey who posted videos asking for the viewer's help.
4) The very creepy http://www.badwolf.org.uk/ was set up to tease and torment fans about the "Bad Wolf" plot arc. Once you get past the creepy landing page you see pages listing the references, giving useless background info and other misdirection in order to drive fans wild with suspense. (And it worked, darn it.)
5) Guinevere One's (the space probe from Christmas Invasion)page is still live but has been stripped. url has been taken over by a retailer.
6) http://www.internationalelectromatics.co.uk/ A parallel Earth Cybus company. (Try typing IE2306801 or IE555055/3 into the "support" field)
7) Cybus Industries http://www.cybusindustries.net/
8) Show site for the fake BBC show "Ghostwatch" (Army of Ghosts) http://www.bbc.co.uk/entertainment/ghostwatch/
