I wish I could say I am sorry to see Tumblr fall flat.....

But you all know that would be a lie.  I do hope more people come back to dreamwidth though.

I sorta fell down on my rewatch and I still have a looooong private post of notes to make reviews of the eps I did rewatch.  I sorta forget to post here though I'm still semi active on my personal blog.

I've just been way passive in my fandom stuff.  Tumblr makes it all too easy to just mindlessly click buttons.

My Pillowfort beta number came up five months ago.  It's not a bad little site. I just hope it resists the forces that would make it a tumblr clone.   You can find me there under the same name.

I've also joined discord, because why not.  If anyone knows of any good Doctor Who servers, let me know.

It is kind of fun to watch Tumblr self-destruct.

The problem with pillowfort is that it seems to be a good idea by someone with absolutely no idea what they are doing. As far as we (down and me) can tell, it's one person with a terrible business model. (Down honestly has yet to decide if they are really enthusiastic, or if pillowfort is just a complicated scam.)

If you build it, they will come?

Honestly, no idea. I was going to suggest the BWR crowd moved to one years ago (also because it's free to have a big group on there rather than chatzy) but I'm not really active and fandom, so I haven't even tried.
